Our Litigation Department can represent you from the outset of the dispute through negotiations and Court Proceedings whether as claimant or defendant and will vigorously protect your interests whilst not losing sight of the level of costs incurred when analysed against the benefit to you and the litigation risk.
We can offer After the Event Legal Expenses Insurance in appropriate cases which will cover the legal costs of the proceedings. This is subject to the Insurers confirming that they are willing to provide cover and does require a premium to be paid up front.
